Q:  When will my order arrive?

Q: What condition is the item in and what does it come with?
A: For video games assume it is the item is disc(s), or cartridge(s) with no case or manual, unless it is specifically written to be included in the “general condition” part of the item's description. For all other consoles/accessories/electronics or anything else the “general condition” section tells what the item comes with.

Q: What is your return policy?

Q:  How do I make a return?
A: You must contact us for the proper return address: https://ogreatgames.com/pages/contact-us. And then we can give the proper return address for your item.  We will give a free return shipping label or equal solution regarding any possible return.
